Screen Printing Services Screened Gear offers silk screen printing services. We are able to do jobs as small as 12 shirts and as large as thousands. Our turn-a-round times vary depending on amount of shirts and our work load at the time. Most of our jobs are done in 5 days.

This is the most common type of printing for basic designs like text or logos for company shirts, sports teams or bands. They are usually 1 to 3 colors per location with solid areas of basic colors. Artwork should be supplied in vector format.

This process that uses our standard ink colors to produce artwork with gradients or very complicated photo images. Half tones are areas of the design that is made up of small dots of ink to give the illusion of fades or shadows. Artwork should be supplied in vector format.

This full color CMYK 4 color process works great for photo realistic images that will be printed on white shirts. Files should be supplied to size at 300 dpi to insure a clear final print. This process uses 4 colors to reproduce millions of colors used in a photo or graphic layout. There is a 50 shirt minimum and artwork and setup fee of $100.

Embroidery Services Screened Gear's focus is Screen Printing but we do offer embroidery to our clients. Many of our customers need both so we have set up a partnership with one of the best embroiders in Arizona. We can get hats, polo's, jackets or just about anything embroidered. We are always improving our printing methods, equipment and technology. In the near future we will be offering more services. We will not offer a service until we have fully tested it to make sure it meets our standards.
What we are working on for the near future:
MHM 10 color Screen Printing Press (2 to 4 Months) We Just purchased a MHM 10 color automatic screen printing press. This will let use do more large to over sized screen printing jobs for clothing lines and large corporations. It will also give us a print area of 15 inches wide by 20 inches tall. We are in no hurry to start taking jobs on this press. We are going to work out all the bugs and perform many test to insure we are able to offer top quality prints.
Water Based Screen Printing Inks (1 to 3 months) This is a more environmentally friendly alternative to the plastisol inks we are using now. They are also known for their soft feel.
Discharge Screen Printing (1 to 3 months) Discharge is a process of removing (bleaching) the color of a shirt. This leaves the shirt a white or natural color. We will also be able to add color to the shirts. This process is also known for their soft feel.
